Unidentified Skin Lesion

I know you probably get this a lot. And I'm sorry to bother you if you're busy. But I have a strange thing on my foot. I'm allergic to metals and jewelry, I get these like bump things that are filled with clear liquid when I do. Well, I haven't worn any in years and years. But, a few months ago, I got a sore on the side of my foot, it looked like a rub from my shoe, nothing much. I didn't think much of it, until it grew. And it started to look like those bump things I get when I wear jewelry. So I started putting a bandage soaked in ACV on it and leaving it on overnight. It would decrease it, and looked like it would heal. And I would let it breathe, and then forget about it, and it will come back bigger. I think it's when I eat sweets, and truly I know better than to binge on them. But sometimes it gets the better of me. But, I've seen leg ulcers and foot ulcer pictures for like diabetes, and this isn't quite like that. So I'm just wondering what it could be. I've looked up staph, furuncles, carbuncles... This is about the size of a quarter now. At first, it was very small, like the head of a pencil.

Also, if the ACV is working when I remember to, would it work if I followed through with it?

You should continue with ACV if it works for you. These are sometimes Morgellon's which usually takes advantage of metals, but then I have one of those bumps myself, unexplained, but that has no observable cause, but Lavender oils seem to work also.

However sugar really fuels these growths if they are bacteria or even viruses, and sometimes ulcers are because blood sugar is high and it is prevented obviously by lowering blood sugar. Lysine also helps healing.
