Yes I do. The reason why I do is an ordinary toothpaste we buy commercially works similarly as a birth control device. Don't ask me, that's what Hitler did to control the German's population by fluoridating their water, as well as prison population behavior.Peppermint is estrogen like and a hospital did report the problems of getting pregnant. So obviously I have several that some of my friends have liked.

Baking soda powder, is mixed with a small amount of detergent. A detergent can in fact be a sprinkle of sodium carbonate, which is a washing soda also So in a 1/4 glass of sodium bicarbonate I might add 1/2 teaspoon of sodium carbonate, and add a little water to make it a paste mix. A more advanced formulation to prevent cavities, I might add a 1-3 teaspoon of xylitol. It helps also if 1/16 teaspoon of sodium molybdate and zinc chloride 1/16 teaspoon or zinc acetate 1/16 teaspoon is added. A zinc hloride or a zinc acetate is a powerful antibacterial mineral. A sodium molybdate helps teeth remineralization and it works similarly as a fluoride, without the toxicity as sodium molybdate, a molybdenum is a required mineral for human health anyway. Also interesting is molybdenium might prevent candida and MRSA of the mouth too, but MRSA at least in here in Thailand is virtually unknown and is not as widespread as in UK that I am aware of. An MRSA can cause tetth and boneloss might actually be a molybdenum deficiency, but I can't prove that. What I know for sure is frequent cavities can be a molybdenum deficiency as opposed to a nonexistent "fluoride deficiency" that didn't do much help anyway. On the top of all these, I may also add 1/16 teaspoon of borax, to drive out the fluoride, from fluoridated water that may cause mottled teeth from excess fluoridation.

And I would use 1 tablespoon per 1/2 glass of water of milk of magnesia (8% magnesium hydroxide), as a moutwash also. A potassium citrate 1/8 teaspoon plus 1/8 teasppon of baking soda taken internally keeps the mouth from bad breath.
