Posted by TL (Anonymous) on 06/01/2013

I have Neurofibromatosis and i have read on the Earth Clinic website what remedies to take for this. I would like to know which vitamins and herbs are the most important to maybe cure this condition? I have brown spots all over my body and i am getting small tumors on my body. I want to get rid of these tumors inside and outside my body. I have been searching for years to find an answer and when I came upon this website I was thrilled, so please answer me Thank you. TL

In many cases of this disease, the cause may actually be a simple condition, at least when I actually check out these people in Bangkok. But since most of the people I treat can't come to my office, it often has required some educated guesswork. For now, get your diet under control by avoiding sugars including fruits, honey, raisins, and even artificial sugars. Get the toxins removed, use only distilled water or reverse osmosis water. The second is remove all vegetable oils from the body including olive oils, cheese, chocolates, etc. The only oils I allow are two things: coconut oil and aloe vera oil. The third thing is to resolve the nutritional deficiencies, basically these are lysine, zinc, and lithium. Lysine 1000 mg x 6, zinc 50 mg (prefer zinc acetate and zinc chloride). The fourth thing is to resolve the liver toxins build up, namely with the use of granulated lecithin at one tablespoon once or twice a day. The fifth is to get your immune system back in order, using beta glucan from brewers yeast at 1/2 teaspoon twice a day mixed with ascorbic acid 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of water. The other deficiencies you have are selenium yeast 600 mcg and N Acetyl Cysteine 1000 mg x 3. Also make use of alkalizing remedies. The basic ones first, as found in my alkalizing remedy book or posted in Earthclinic. Lithium is used as lithium chloride or lithium carbonate, 2 mg to 5 mg at dinner.

The oncongenes P51 that are causing the tumor I suspect is suppressed by P53 genes, but the P53 genes do not work as a result of a deficiencies or mutations. The P53 gene is activated by niacinamide B3, selenium yeast, zinc, magnesium and the herbal extracts such as garlic, curcumin, and reservatrol. The genetic mutations of P53 can be corrected by having sufficient methylation from trimethylglycine, folic acid and B12. Once sufficiently methylated the genes tend to be self-corrected provided that you have sufficient nucleotides, which comes from beta glucan, brewer's yeast, and sardines. These may be suppressed with a topical DMSO and plenty of aloe vera oil also, but we don't have that may neurofibromatosis in Thailand. I guess we don't eat as much wheat as do America as it contains a lot of toxins such as gluten.

06/01/2013: TL replies: "Thank you for the information you gave me about my condition which is Neurofibromatosis. Some of the things that I should take I have never heard of. What would be just a simple vitamin. You mention Dmso. Would castor oil get rid of the tumors on my body and apple cider vinegar? I read on the Earth Clinic website people have used this. Sorry to bother you again, but I have been searching for years for an answer."

06/02/2013: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand replies: "Castor oil can help get rid of Neurofibromatosis tumors if the use is topical. With internal treatment, it might help, but castor oil may accelerate the aging process with long term use if done orally, but topical is no problem. DMSO does help cancer by oxygenating it, but must be added with aloe vera oil to help the inflammation that occurs after the DMSO. When DMSO is mixed with lugol's iodine, I found it does work against many skin tumors.

I think this is one reason why cells become cancerous, to avoid inflammation the cells protect themselves by becoming cancerous. Once the inflammation goes away, cancer cells convert to normal cells. One common oversight is the drinking water in the United States. About 80 percent of U.S. homes now have chromium hexavalent compounds in drinking water, antimony in most fruit juices, cadmium in chocolates that accumulates with time, and lead and arsenic that comes from the water faucets in a majority of homes, and nearly all water filters cannot filter out heavy metals. If you have heavy metal testers then you see the truth. The problem is most are not aware that these everyday items are the cause.

Bentonite clay is applied as a wet paste to remove the toxins from the skin, after fan drying and rinsing, about three times will remove the toxins. You can always try anything topical and not worry about it, as it is easy to test, and easy to fix. So you can try most of the things. Aloe vera oil I found to also help.

My son is almost 11 and was diagnosed with NF1 a few years back. I feel so helpless and none of us especially him have fully grasped this diagnosis. He is covered in brown spots and I was told some of his behavior problems were related to NF. I just need some solid advice on what will help him and where to start.

In reply Kristie,

Here is a link to an old reply by Ted that has some ideas that you can consider.

The full study link below suggests that the Mediterranean diet in conjunction with curcumin can be helpful, but worth noting in this study is that the dose of curcumin was very low, especially when they have used up to 8 grams of curcumin per day in cancer studies. Curcumin, although derived from turmeric, is not the same as turmeric. It is an active component of turmeric.
