Why Do I Have Bo?

Posted by A Reader

Hi, I have a question. I have horrible underarm odor, and I have tried hundreds of deodorants, both drugstore and natural. I've tried everything from the crystal to wheat grass juice, and nothing seems to work. Any type of fragrance deodorant multiplies this problem. I am a clean person, I bathe daily, have good hygiene, so I can't figure out why I have this unbelievable odor. Any ideas?

Usually a body odor is bacterial in nature. The best you can do is take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid twice a day two times a day, once in evening and morning. Take a bath in borax and wash the solution especially in the areas in question. Also, eat some yogurt now and then to restore the intestinal flora. People with body odors tend to eat a lot of fried foods, milk, and meats. So try to eat more fresh leafy green vegetables and less sugar.

I used to have terrible body odor until I found this website. I am finally free of all the embarrassment! My solution was three fold: first, I changed my diet, cutting out most processed foods and taking chlorophyll tablets, probiotics, and doing a colon and liver cleanse to clean out toxins. Next, I have been showering with apple cider vinegar (rub on armpits before shower-- kills the bacteria) and third I have been using a clinical antiperspirant with 14 percent alum chloride which stops sweating completely (if there is no sweat, the bacteria have nothing to feed off of and so there is no smell.) just doing this for one day, and my 13 year problem was solved-- I am so grateful for the help I have received from this website and I hope my solution can help others-- best wishes!
