Filtered Water System

Posted by J on 02/04/2008

Hi Ted, I was wondering if it is safe to drink water using a filtered water system and if so which type of system would you recommend?

The single safest system I can think of without the free heavy metals (most water filter DOES NOT remove this), is the Reverse osmosis water. However the R.O. water has a problem, minerals and bicarbonates are removed, hence sea salt and baking soda is added. The amount is 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, plus 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda is a reasonable figure in a per liter of drinking water. There was one house I visited that has alzheimer in many victims, when I checked their drinking water, it was high in both zinc and copper free metals despite a good water filtering system. Zinc, copper and aluminum free metals are now implicated in the brain. The gentlest way to remove this is l-carnosine. Ted
