Peroneal Tendonitis (foot Pain)

Posted by Peter (Chicago) on 05/03/2012

Ted, I usually have this pain 2 to 3 times a year, can you recommend a remedy? It causes terrible pain when I walk and when I tried to flex my whole foot side way or up and down, even more pain.

It's usually a general condition called tendonitis. Pancreatic enzymes and wobenzyme, depending on strength, the commercial ones are weak. Wobenzyme is taken like 5 to 10 a day on an empty stomach three to four times a day. If pancreatic enzymes, then it must have Chymotrypsin, otherwise most pancreatic enzymes do not work, as Pharmaceuticals have been fractionating out this enzymes. It is taken 5 or 6 times a day. DMSO as a 10% gel can be applied topically to the area and MSM is taken 1000 mg x 4 times a day.
