Where to Find Myopia Supplements

Dear Bangkok Ted, I really appreciate your contributions to EarthClinic.com. Would you mind helping me with where I can find some of the items you mention, such as borax and chromium, please? You mention them in the entry on myopia.
You can buy the supplements from MBK shopping center, in stalls that have vitamins and supplements. Myopia is caused by vitamin D deficiency, eating too much sweets, chromium and chocolates (source of cadmium). That's the major cause, there are some others, such as glutamic acid toxicity due to not taking sufficient taurine, which is found in sardines.
