In case you are looking for other remedies, there is a couple of more things to consider.

Colloidal silver has limited ability for the body to uptake it, but it is weakly antiviral. For hep C, I think taking plenty of zinc gluconate, magnesium citrate, getting alkalized, olive leaf extract, l-citrulline & l-arginine & l-lysine amino acids, turmeric, 1 cup of raspberries (contains ellagic acid), apricot pits, are the ones I have seen most helpful. As to milk thistle, it helps some, but not much.

Although I was personally helped with clove oil one drop in all drinking water of 1 glass, does help, BHT 1500-2000 mg/day sometimes can also lead to a surprise cure in a few cases. The most important remedy rests on H2O2, zinc, magnesium, alkalization, and olive leaf extracts as a begining step to deal with the problems the best. Newer ones I have found to be helpful is the lysine and arginine and turmeric. I do have seen some people to be cured of hep-C taking sodium chlorite, where the 3 drops of 25% sodium chlorite is added with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, wait for 3 minutes, then add water, taken at every 3 hours to cure it. However, I do not like this remedy because it causes nausea and vomiting, but it does work, but I won't use it because of the negative reactions from such use.

Most people do report that drinking 0.25- 0.5% H2O2 food grade helps them greatly, but I believed alkalizing is important too.

I highly recommend BHT [ butylated hydroxytoluene ]. It worked for me and fast. I was diagnosed as having hep-C after going to a VA outpatient clinic because I was sick. I had jaundice: yellowed eyes, darkened urine, abdominal pain, trouble digesting food. I was double tested using the usual anti-bodies and antigens tests. I was symptomatic as I just described. This means I had a failing liver. I began using BHT after reading about it as a treatment for herpes infections and other lipid containing coated viruses. Hepatitis C is such a virus as is hepatitis B. I had tested positive for both of these viral infections. I had a lot of blood transfusions back in 1968 [ a total of 17 or more ]. They used to pool the blood for some stupid reason back then before transfusing it. Anyway, I began taking daily doses of only 200mg of BHT per day on an empty stomach before I was ever prescribed any other treatment. By the time I showed up for my next appointment with the doctor who was seeing me I was so improved he ordered a hep-C RNA test be done. The first test came back " indeterminent ". The doctor told he was not sure what that meant and ordered a second hep-C RNA test be done. These tests test for the actual virus in the blood. The second test came back a definate NEGATIVE.

Well, I was no longer sick and had NO VIRAL load in my blood so the doctor saw NO reason for prescribing any of the KNOW to be HARMUL interferons and that was that. I no longer test positive for hepatitis C using any of the different tests. It is as if I was never exposed to hepatitis C. I do keep taking BHT in daily doses of 350mg with water on an empty stomach. Every cell of the liver is a NEW CELL within about a year. So if no new cells become infected a TRUE CURE makes sense because all the new cells are uninfected cells. It seems obvious to me that any viral disease BHT can treat it can also prevent infection of by destroying the viruses in the blood and never allowing them to infect any cells or tissues. The AIDS virus is another lipid coated virus for what that is worth and I think it important to keep in mind as to BHT. I am trying to help people prevent and treat these deadly viral infections....Oscar

Question for Oscar from Syracuse, NY dated 2/08/11.

How long did he take the BHT before receiving the negative RNA test? Was he taking any other supplements with the BHT? Would appreciate any other information Oscar can share regarding his experience with BHT. Thank you and many thanks to Earth Clinic and all the contributors!

Has anyone with Hep C experienced skin problems, like itching and skin eruptions? I have had Hep C for over 20 years. If so, any treatment that works? Thanks
