The pain of joints can be reduced by taking for at least a couple of weeks of vitamin B complex and some manganese sulfate. Vitamin B complex is often taken together with some aspirin (anti nanobacteria also) and some magnesium. The pain should be reduced substantially after about a month. Joint problems require longer time to heal.
