Adhd Help

Posted by Hakan (Gaithersburg, MD) on 02/22/2007

Hi I used the remedy #2 for ADHD. I have been taking zinc, magnesium, TMG, B6 for about 2 weeks. I have seen some improvements but not too much. I have not tried apple cider vinegar remedy though. My question is does AVC work for many ADD'ers or it only for that person you posted in ADHD section. I would appreciate if you guys had any more information on ADHD because I think you guys really know what you're doing. I almost died from a heart attack from taking stimulant medications and I really need to find an alternative method. I would appreciate if you could help. Thank you, Hakan

You have to be particular at what kinds of magnesium as well as making sure it is powdered before taking them.

However, I don't expect much improvement without doing the citric acid plus baking soda, or apple cider vinegar plus baking soda remedy, taken three times a day.

The body's pH must first be alkalized and it takes at least two weeks at the going dose to where it is 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.

The key issue of ADHD is the heavy metals, usually a citrates, bicarbonates, and thiosulfates does a good job in removing some heavy metals. Taking some 1/8 teaspoon of disodium EDTA in per one liter of drinking water and you may take more, than one liter of water per day using the same concentration.

A much simpler remedy that works just as well is 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda taken twice a day on an empty stomach for at least two weeks should be helpful.

Since heavy metals are oil soluble, a fat emulsifiers such as taken 2 tablespoon of granulated powdered lecithin should be most helpful in further removed.

The reason why ADHD is the issue of heavy metals comes from people who have the condition after mercury and aluminum tainted vaccinations. Also it comes from toxic landfills high in both mercury and cadmium where reported ADHD increased were in the near vicinity of the toxic landfills. Mercury amalgam can emit several micrograms a day destroying or attaching to the brain, and might cause epileptic seizures, or ADHD.

One the metals are removed, where you can get confirmation by hair mineral analysis a rebuilding of the brain is needed by taking only 3-4 days out of a week of L-glutamine (with appropriate drops 6-12 of sodium thiosulfate 10% solution), Nootropil (L-pyroglutamate) and perhaps hydergine. However alkalization alone takes at least 1-2 months and magnesium is taken in parallel during that period. Therefore, I would not expect much improvement during the two week period since the brain takes a lot longer to recover.

A simple coriander (chinese parsley) taken only 1-2 days out of a week, depending on how well you can tolerate as to the amount you can consume, either 5-10 leaves initially, if not problems you can increase to a 1/2 bunch a day added to your foods, such as a soup. Coriander does a good job in removal of heavy metals.

In some cases oil pulling can do a good job removing heavy metals too. You can do this once a day and for only a couple of minutes of swishing around the mouth. At least 5 minutes ought to be helpful.

Heart attack is the body's nitric oxide (which protects against platelet clumping) is decreased. A simple soy protein can often help, at least the sulfur contents of does help remove some toxicity.

The simplest ways is baking soda and apple cider vinegar, some magnesium is usually the best ways to start. Reducing some fatty buildup with 1 tablespoon of lecithin with every meal is the best ways at least in removing fats in the capillaries and micro circulation, preventing clogging. At least the cholesterol, especially bad ones are reduced. Lecithin also repairs the myelin so that can have a protective effect on the people with ADHD problems too.
