Husband with Bulging Disks Causing Severe Neck Pain

Posted by K. (Thailand) on 12/13/2009

Hello Ted, My name is K_____. First of all i am really proud of your knowledge. and much more happy that you Thai because i am Thai too.

Anyway i will try to make it short, my husband got pain from disc bulging which cause his neck so painful, he could not go to work for month, right now we waiting for procedure (shot steroid) my question is what can we do to prevent disc degeneration and pain from the bulging disc

my second question is, my husband also have a sleep problem not so severe but bad enough to effect his daily life what should we do to promote his sleep wellness.

and at last, what is the rule for drinking ACV and baking soda, do you have to test Ph first? i have problem about my period and endomotriosis and try to get pregnant so i want to promote my health for overall...

Again, Thank you so much

Dear K.

First of all, I don't see Thais interested in alternative medicine that much, because conventional medicine here is a bit more honest in Thailand and a lot cheaper. That's why there is medical tourism to India, Thailand, and Philippines for example.

As to the more serious cases of disc degeneration, I had to cases of these. One went through a relatively safe procedure that vaccuums out broken cartilage or bone. Another was supposed to be scheduled for surgery and was cured doing the actual operation. The one that did go through surgery, the nerves didn't heal and the legs was numbed with pressure on the buttocks. Both cases recovered fairly quickly with the supplements. It took me quite a while (about a month) to get exact dose, concentration, to get this so that the pain and spinal degeneration to be reversed. The formula is as follows:

Prepare 500 mg of pure Sodium Hyaluronate using cold water in 500 cc of clean water, add 6 grams of sea salt. This will get you 0.1% concentration of sodium hyaluronate in saline solution. Take about one capful mixed in a full glass of water at least twice a day. It takes between 2-3 weeks to fully see the dramatic improvements, at the very least.

Apparently the disc generation for the first case was caused by a world class wrestler trying to resolve a minor back pain with some slipped disc degeneration. It cracked his back, although not completely and that caused broken cartilage or bones (about 10-15 of them) a proper medical procedure is to suction off that. But that doesn't replace the synovial fluids which lubricates the nerves so that the nerves can regenerate itself. The pain was caused by the scratching of those tiny cartlage that scratches the nerves cell, hence the shooting pain. Hence a good lubricant such as sodium hyaluronate would stop the pain by reducing the resistacne. It should be noted that shooting back pain is due to lack of lubrication as the body produces less and less of it. The man was 90% healed with minor sensation after 2-3 weeks.

As for the second case, this one was a doozy. It was a severe spinal degeneration on the lower back and a diabetes, not yet high enough to caused blindness, whose blood sugar was about 160. In that case it was effectively reduced with chromium chloride, about 5 mg dose. It should be noted that the chromium supplements being sold isn't in the form of chromium chloride, because all research were directed on chromium picolinate, which does little to impact the blood sugar. Besides, certain hospitals actually give I.V. injections of chromium chloride, but NOT chromium picolinate, it seems to further cause some sort of nervous twitching, and other side effects. The woman was healed after a month and completely pain free after the hyaluronic acid. (I wish to thank one of our earthclinic readers, Alfred Baron, for sending me his books on hyaluronic acid on that!) What caused the cartilage to degenerate was that the bones also require some sort of lubricant or cushions inside those cartilage, without enough of that, it becomes very brittle. In short, the hyaluronic acid fills up the deflated balloon between the cartilage and it regenerated itself. Of course the magnesium supplements and alkalization is stll needed, it was the hyaluronic acid that did the trick. A person will noticed some sort of change, or at least reduction in shooting pain or reduction in numbness within about 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking it. The dose I used in saline solution takes advantage of the sodium pump mechanism, which pushes the hyaluronic acid to the blood stream. It only work if the hyaluronic acid is sufficiently diluted or it doesn't work at all. This is why capsules of sodium hyaluronic acid or hyaluronic does not work. The bottle mixture is kept in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage. Some website promote the use of vitamin C to store hyaluronic acid. However, research has shown that vitamin C and iron causes a breakdown. Hence you need a clean water, or reverse osmosis water when doing the mix. Excessive free iron causes the hyaluronic to breakdown and cause the cracking knee as lubricants is being bought out of the system. A typical human has 15 grams of hyaluronic acid and just 1/3 of that are replaced. In two or three days most of the hyaluronic acid is replaced. It's short lived, but is a primary biochemical required for normal hydration of cells, and lubricates the entire body, but especially so where there's synovial fluids along the spinal column. It's most important still to take magnesium chloride 250 mg in a glass of water, empty stomach and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with some 1/4 teaspoon of potassium citrate twice a day to reduce the acidity which also causes the pain. It's the best cure I can come up with against back pain regeneration so far but this remedy is of more practical use for shooting back pains that are common as we get older.

As for sleep there are many remedies I have. The easiest of all is 2 tablespoon of honey in a glass of water before sleep. A more elaborate fomula is the carbicarb potassium, which is 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, sodium carbonate, and potassium carbonate. The alkaline will have buffers strong enough to reach the brain and alkalized it. The third remedy I used is the iodine, but is given slowly over the course of a week, usually one drop. However, the use of iodine is contraindicated if people happens to consume aspartame, it causes some sort of reaction. What the iodine does, is that it displaces the fluoride, calcium that accumulates in the pineal gland that disturbs the sleep function, not to mention fluoridated Prozac, brominated white bread to boot. The iodine, usually a lugol's solution seems to allow the pineal gland to function as a circadium rhythm clock to help sleep. None of this is perfect, but it is a working remedy I used mostly. Endometrosis, may be a sort of iodine deficiency. There are other versions of iodine that is better tolerated such as Edgar Cayce's Nascent Iodine. I used mostly Lugol's solution because if it's availability. I am currently exploring Hydrogen Iodide that seems to be better tolerated, but haven't got enough people to do the tests. A hydrogen iodide is not a hydrogen iodide, the secret appears to be how it is prepared. It's also true for Nascent iodine. If in case of iodine poisoning the single most effective antidote I have found is the activated charcoal, 5-10 tablets. A good iodine should have an ORP at least below 100 mV, ideally between -100 mV to +100 mV. People get vomiting issues and nausea because the mV was positive, which is oxidation, rather than antioxidation. In other words, the body likes electron donor supplements.

Endometriosis may also be helped by taking a large dose of chromium but preferably it is usually 1000 mcg to 2000 mcg. The commercial ones are usually below that, which is why it doesn't work so well, besides the fillers and waxes which prevent their absorption, not just that it's not water soluble. At least 90% of the commercial supplements don't work because of this fact.

The ACV and baking soda may help. The acetate portion in ACV helps acetylation (in theory) which allows amino acid to access problem area for cellular repairs. Hence an amino acid should be also taken along with the ACV and baking soda.

Hi Ted,

I read your article with great interest and am eager to try your solution.Just one question, when you say pure Sodium Hyaluronate, in what format? Is this liquid or pill disolved? Hope this is not a stupid question.Thank you

Jacob
